ShineHill Studio Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident about your investment. My goal is to make the process of getting your new business website as smooth and stress-free as possible. If for any reason you change your mind, I’ve designed my refund policy to be fair and straightforward—while also ensuring I can continue providing high-quality services to all my clients.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
As a new customer, you may request a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Your purchase date (“Date of Purchase”) is the day you pay the Setup Fee, which is the one-time cost for ShineHill Studio to create your website. This 30-day window is referred to as the Refund Period.

Business Questionnaire Requirement
To build your website, we’ll need some details about your business, which you’ll provide through an online questionnaire. If you don’t complete the questionnaire, I won’t be able to create your website. However, you can still request a refund at any point within the Refund Period—whether or not you’ve completed the questionnaire or received your website.

When Refunds Are No Longer Available
After the Refund Period ends, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you completed the questionnaire or received the website. Please note that not completing the questionnaire does not extend or pause the Refund Period.
If the questionnaire is completed after the Refund Period has ended, I will still complete the website as agreed upon.
After the Refund Period ends, if you wish to terminate service – you may do so; however, there will be no refund offered for the annual or bi-annual plans outside of the Refund Period.

If I’m Late Delivering Your Website
I aim to deliver your completed website within 14 days after you’ve submitted your questionnaire. If I take longer than 14 days, I’ll extend your Refund Period by the number of days I was delayed. For example, if your website is delivered 15 days after I receive your questionnaire, your Refund Period will be extended by one additional day.

What’s Included in Your Refund
If you qualify for a refund under this policy, we’ll return the full amount you paid minus the cost of any custom domain name purchased for your website. (See the entire Domain Names Service Agreement) If no custom domain name was selected, then your setup and monthly or annual plan fee will be refunded in full.
